Who we are
Suel Aesthetics is run by a nurse prescriber, who is the data controller for information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you request an appointment: your name, email, phone number, postcode, the treatment and time you chose, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes field. Notes may include health information; please only share what you're comfortable with. Your full medical history is taken at your consultation, not online.
Why we use it
To arrange, confirm and manage your appointment, and to contact you about it. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news and availability. You can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
We process booking details to take steps at your request before providing a service, and health information you volunteer with your explicit consent. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.
Who sees it
Only the practitioner. Your information is stored with our hosting and database providers and, if email notifications are enabled, our email provider, all of whom process it on our behalf. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide your care and meet professional record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting @suel.aesthetics on Instagram. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
